this hotel is just not what I expected, breakfast was so basic it made me feel like I was at a diner, and I was absolutely appalled there were no washing facilities available, just overpriced laundry service. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I never received a room upgrade for my troubles!

i was almost ready to give a good review, but then i realized the breakfast was cramped and the food choice was limited, and let's not even mention the 90 euros for laundry, such a rip-off! also, my room had minimal cleaning service, i expected some pampering, but i guess that’s too much to ask here.

Clean room, friendly staff, with fresh cheese at breakfast and good water pressure in the shower enhancing my stay significantly.

It was all perfect.

I was disappointed that breakfast lacked options for dietary restrictions. The absence of turkey ham and vegetable milk left me feeling neglected. Additionally, I noticed stains on the curtains, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness in the room.

Charming spot to savor quiet moments at the lovely lounge areas and feel welcomed by the friendly staff.

The staff truly impressed me, especially Marlene! She even helped book a rental car and dinner reservations. Additionally, the hotel's central location made exploring the town a breeze.

On the downside, breakfast left much to be desired, feeling cramped with limited choices! Also, parking was tricky due to a lack of spaces, which was a hassle during our stay.

the jug of water in the room was a nice touch. unfortnately, the curtains let in too much light.

i really loved this hotel! super close to everything in ponta delgada, like shops and a pineapple farm. the staff was super nice and cleaned my room every day, which i really appreciated. breakfast was decent with some good options, and the bathroom was nice and spacious. the air conditioning was on point, too!

but the breakfast could use a bit more variety, like some fresh fruit or bagels. also, parking was a bit of a hassle around the area.
