Spending New Year's Eve at this design hotel was a fantastic experience! We loved the unlimited access to the thermal baths and the high level of professionalism from the staff. the common spaces were cozy and well-decorated, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The location was perfect for a winter holiday, with snow-covered mountains surrounding the area, providing beautiful glimpses of Swiss winter landscapes.

We felt that the rooms were a bit cramped, with limited storage space, and some of the restaurants were overpriced. However, the issue we encountered was with the portion sizes during the chef's "tasting menu.

Beautiful backdrop, great place to unwind, enjoy nature, and thermal spas. Very good restaurant food, including breakfast. Ease of access to the Therme Spa. Clean rooms. Professional and kind hotel staff. Classy and cozy common spaces. Excellent dinner at the two-star Michelin restaurant Silver.
