The staff were pleasant and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station or a short tram ride away. Plus, I was given a free public transport card, so getting around the city was a breeze. I didn't even have to pay for the bus from the airport! The hotel facilities were great, and I found my room to be clean and comfortable. it was excellent value for money.

I enjoyed the clean and modern design of the hotel. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including delicious Bircher muesli. The location was convenient, within walking distance of both the train station and the city center.

The window couldn't be easily opened and closed without having to ask for a window knob at the reception. The lack of staff at the reception caused some waiting time.

I travel frequently and can say that this was one of the most perfect stays I have had, especially considering the reasonable price.
