the staff at Ibis were very friendly and helpful, providing great advice on getting around in the area. the free pass for public transportation was a nice touch from the city. the room had a nice view of Mount Pilatus, and even though there was no air conditioning, the provided fans kept us comfortable. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. it was a good choice considering the prices in Switzerland.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Kriens for 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7-minute walk from Kriens Mattenhof Train Station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful information on how to get around and even offering a complimentary bus or train ticket within the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of Mount Pilatus. Although there was no air conditioning, the provided fans were more than sufficient. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was plenty of variety. a great choice for a comfortable stay.

From the moment we arrived, everything was mind-blowing! The staff were super friendly and helped us plan our trips. The room had a jaw-dropping view and was clean. The high-speed wi-fi was a plus. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby supermarkets. We loved the free train ticket and the bar area with a microwave to warm our food. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were great, especially the indoor swimming pool. The 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and lift made our stay hassle-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to the day. the hotel's parking garage was secure, and they even offered us a discount on the parking rate. the staff were lovely and provided excellent service. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of Mount Pilatus. We also appreciated the free travel card we received from reception, which allowed us to conveniently explore the area. the hotel's location, although in an industrial area, still had its own charm.

We had a memorable stay at Ibis Luzern Kriens! The staff immediately upgraded our room to a more spacious one upon request. The breakfast options, including pancakes, were enjoyable. So many restaurants around, I couldn't decide which one to choose! And the ski areas at Mount Titlis are just a short 35 minutes away, perfect for a quick winter getaway!

Such a shame they didn't have a 24-hour personal food taster and chauffeur service, I mean, how am I supposed to survive without those?
