This hotel is in a great location, very near the village centre and with a balcony facing the mountain for amazing views of the Jungfrau Mountains. The basic amenities in the room are complete with a huge wardrobe and the staff is friendly and accommodating. For breakfast, the apple served is fresh and the view of the Swiss Alps is breathtaking.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was convenient, with the Grindelwald station and a supermarket only a short walk away. The breakfast provided a nice variety of delicious food, and even though there was a building obstructing part of the view, I still enjoyed the nice scenery. Additionally, having a sink in the room was a convenient feature for simple washing.

The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with a balcony view over the greenest fields with Swiss chalets are a real treat. Plus, the breakfast with a good view of the Swiss Alps is included in the rate.

Couldn't stay longer.

The view of the Eiger mountain from the balcony was stunning, truly a highlight of our stay. the staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. We also appreciated the good noise insulation of the balcony doors, as it helped create a peaceful atmosphere in our room despite being near a busy street.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the lack of elevators in the hotel made it difficult, especially for older guests or those with large luggage.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room at Jungfrau Lodge Swiss Mountain. Everything was well-tidied and maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The location was also ideal, with the train and cable carts, as well as shops, all within close proximity. The views from the lodge were breathtaking, and the breakfast provided was enjoyable.

We stayed at Jungfrau Lodge for a week and it was a perfect stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the second bed around the corner was ideal for our toddler. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and despite the chilly weather, we enjoyed sitting on the lovely patio. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with everything within walking distance. The reception staff were friendly and provided us with detailed information during check-in. They also offered train and cable car tickets for purchase, and had a great selection of maps and brochures for nearby activities. a cozy, clean, and conveniently located lodge that I strongly recommend.

The location is amazing - with the most spectacular view of the Eiger from the terrace. The food was good - very nice and plentiful breakfast, dinner is a genuine good option. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful.
