The staff is generally helpful and polite, ensuring that your needs are well taken care of. The breakfast is fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day. The hotel also has a wonderful rooftop spa with stunning views of the surrounding scenery, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing.

The social skills of the concierge at the entrance leave something to be desired, as they were not very friendly.

As young holiday goers, we loved the pool, kids club, and playground. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off, while the kids club provided an amazing experience for our little one. The staff, especially Katerina, were incredible with the children and kept them entertained with fun activities and projects. We also enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, as it was close to everything in town. The interior design of the hotel was also impressive, with a recent renovation that gave it a high-end and welcoming feel. The breakfast was top-notch as well.

We spent our Christmas vacation in a beautiful hotel in a mountainous region. the amazing pool and spa were the best complements to relax and enjoy the scenery. the winter garden was the perfect spot for a warm beverage and delicious cake. the drinks at the bar were amazing and the staff were great. the shuttle service was very convenient for getting to the slopes and the surrounding area was breathtaking.

The food could be better. the breakfast was okay, but not too many options for a fancy Christmas vacation.

Luxury at its finest! the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, sauna and indoor swimming pool, were exactly what I was looking for to indulge in a relaxing weekend. the massage was top notch, and I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. the pool with a view was simply breathtaking, and the sun loungers provided the perfect spot for soaking up some sun. the restaurant was a culinary delight, with a wide range of dishes on offer, including delicious packed lunches for on-the-go. the location was ideal, with easy access to the ski lift.

The bar/lounge area could have been more attentive to patrons. Although the drinks were great, the service was slow, and I felt the staff could have been more attentive.

The breakfast at this property was a mix of a la carte and buffet options. Although we had to wait a bit for our coffee and warm food order to be taken, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The selection of desserts could have been better, but we still enjoyed our meal. The room had a few issues, such as a leaking shower and a double bed made of two twins pushed together. However, the staff attempted to fix our TV issue and the bathtub, although uncomfortable, was clean. We appreciated the clean sauna and swimming pool areas with a lovely view of the village. The shuttle service to the ski lift was also convenient. this hotel provided a comfortable stay despite a few drawbacks.
