During our stay at La Fleur De Lys, we were impressed by how much the hotel has improved since our last visit. The room had an authentic classic-style and was clean and comfortable. One of the standout features was the 24-hour coffee and tea available in the common room, along with a cozy fireplace. The view from the back of the hotel was breathtaking. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. The only minor drawback was the availability and schedule of the bus from the train station, but it was a small inconvenience. I would highly recommend this charming hotel.

I just had my second visit to this lovely hotel in the last 2 years and it continues to be an awesome place to stay. the service is excellent and Catherine, in particular, is great and so helpful. the breakfast is very nice and the evening dinner is excellent. We also found some nice hikes in the area, with the Jorge Gorge Trail being a favorite. We were also pleased to discover that the hotel is close to the Choc factory, cheese factory, and a French cheese maker. Plus, Gruyeres Castle is a lovely attraction. a very nice experience.

We stayed at this cozy hotel in Gruyeres for 2 nights on our way back to London. The location was perfect, right at the beginning of the village with beautiful views. The room was spacious and comfortable, with large windows and a great bed. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality local ingredients. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food and a stunning terrace. The whole ambience of the hotel was warm and inviting. We would love to go back!

Our Christmas stay was amazing! We loved the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, and the festive decorations made it feel so cozy. the location was perfect, right next to the castle and with gorgeous views of the countryside. We also appreciated the spacious room with a comfortable bed, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home.

The noise early in the morning from the trucks stocking up the nearby restaurants. It was a bit of a rude awakening, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

The property has exceptional staff and a great location. The restaurant offers delicious food, with the soup being a must-try. The hotel is within walking distance of the castle and cheese factory, and the chocolate factory is a short bus trip away. Highly recommended.

The hotel's breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of local fare and delicious juices, cheeses, and jams.
