the charm of the 350-year-old building is beautifully preserved. housekeeping was impeccable, and the staff were cheerful and helpful. we enjoyed a lovely dinner outside with stunning views of the mountains and valley. it's conveniently located near the castle and other attractions.

i was almost ready to rave about this place, but the bed was miserable, and the shower curtain, oh my! moldy and dreadful. i really thought i deserved a complimentary gesture to make up for these intolerable issues. who wouldn't want special treatment at a so-called charming hotel? just couldn’t overlook these flaws.
