As women travelling alone, we were impressed by the friendly and supportive staff at Salzano Hotel. The owners were actively attentive to guests and the surroundings were beautiful, with close proximity to Lake Thun and other attractions. The hotel offered a variety of excellent food and had a wonderful spa facility.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a peaceful area just outside the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, going out of their way to assist me when my tooth cracked. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the new shower. The breakfast had a limited selection, but it was sufficient for a good start to the day.

This hotel is conveniently located near Interlaken centre, with a bus service that allows for easy access to the city center. It is also situated in a beautiful rural area, surrounded by farms and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and extremely clean, with pleasant decor. The breakfast provided is delicious and there is a spa area available for relaxation.

It is disappointing that some guests had to wait for room cleaning to finish due to power outages.

The hotel's location was amazing, surrounded by beautiful scenery of mountains and lakes. During my stay over Christmas, the hotel offered festive decorations and activities that added to the holiday spirit. The hotel provided free local transportation which was very convenient and saved me money.

The hotel was quite far from the city center which made it difficult to go out and explore, especially during the evenings. The room service was not available at all times and there were limited options for meals.

Our GPS could not locate the hotel and Google Maps indicated that it was closed, which caused some initial worry. It would be helpful if the hotel had clearer instructions or signage for guests who may have trouble finding it.
