I had an exceptional experience during my stay at The Sebel. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is smart and well-maintained. The highlight for me was the comfortable beds which ensured a brilliant night's sleep. The location in Moonee Ponds is lovely, with great restaurants within walking distance and a nice shopping area nearby. Having a supermarket across the street was also convenient. The proximity to the train station and tram stop made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were of a good standard and I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Plus, the value for money was impressive.

That the price was a bit high, but I understand it could be due to peak season.

We had a great time staying at this hotel which was conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was spacious and stylishly decorated, with nice new furniture. The staff were helpful, offering small bonuses and discounts upon arrival. The building itself was modern and clean, providing a pleasant environment for our stay. We also appreciated the proper large desk and comfortable chair, perfect for working or studying. it was a comfortable and convenient experience.

The noise could be a bit disruptive at times, especially from echoing corridors.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the complimentary champagne and chocolate provided by the hotel staff. The location, although not in the heart of the city, was still central enough to explore the surrounding areas. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows that made for a cozy night in.

Our stay was not without its drawbacks. the parking fee was an additional and unexpected expense.

This place offers a fantastic location, close to public transport and everything you could possibly require. It is conveniently situated near shops, making grocery shopping a breeze. The staff here are polite and friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities such as free toiletries, an ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. Additionally, the hotel provides useful services like dry cleaning and laundry facilities. The fitness center is a great bonus for those who like to stay active while traveling. this venue provides a comfortable and convenient stay.

I would recommend this hotel to all, even though I cannot speak for the manager's behavior. The staff here are polite and friendly, so sorry to them if they have to deal with a manager who is rude and condescending.
