The staff were amazing - friendly, informative and willing to assist. The hotel may be a little dated but we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed in the room. Having the view over the lake was exceptional. The hotel on New Year's Eve went to an enormous effort, which made us feel special and the night was entertaining and very enjoyable.
