The hotel offered a fantastic location in the Swiss Alps, with easy access to ski lifts for winter stays. the breakfast included fresh-baked bread and a range of options like eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, and fresh fruit to start the day. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were basic and lacked certain amenities such as a stocked minibar, with some holes in the bedsheets, and thin curtains that did not block out the light. there were a few access issues for those with heavy or bulky luggage due to the steps leading to the entrance and no elevator available.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to the beautiful Engadine mountains just a short bus ride away. The stunning vistas of the Alps can be enjoyed on the numerous hikes available in the area. the hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds, a modern bathroom with all the necessary amenities, and a friendly and helpful staff.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of parking spots near the hotel. There are limited reserved parking slots and the public ones are often occupied by skiers, making it tricky to find a suitable parking space nearby.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail in the room was impressive - from the unique furniture to the stone shower, it had a stylish and intriguing design. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location of the hotel in the Swiss National Park was perfect for those who love hiking, with breathtaking views of the mountains right from your room. Lastly, the breakfast included was a great way to start the day, offering a variety of delicious options.

Charming ski village location, 30 mins from St Moritz. Exceptional and welcoming staff at family-run establishment. Late check-in accommodated, sauna heated, and delicious late dinner prepared.
