I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city centre and within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. The hotel also provided a range of amenities such as free toiletries, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the on-site car park and the availability of a shuttle service. the service and quality of this hotel were top-notch.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a family trip.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the supermarkets, parks, and local attractions like Richardson's Transport Museum. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located for easy access to the main road, the marae church, and the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering excellent local knowledge and making my stay enjoyable.

Additionally, it is close to the city center, allowing easy access to various attractions and amenities. The rooms are tidy and well-equipped, with good heating to keep guests comfortable. The staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist guests, providing recommendations for local attractions and even making special arrangements for hard-to-find items like oysters.

The breakfast was accidentally omitted on one occasion, but the manager promptly rectified the oversight and was apologetic about it.

Great coffee and tea were supplied in the morning and some UHT milk pots were available to use. The room had a comfortable bed and the shower was fantastic! the location was very convenient, located near plenty of shops and restaurants.

The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around, and there was not enough storage space. The TV was quite outdated and didn't work properly - which was very frustrating, especially with poor signal quality.

We had a fantastic experience at Bella Vista Motels. The staff and management went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with helpful local knowledge, including recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, and nearby amenities like supermarkets and pharmacies. The room was clean, well-equipped, and spacious, with a convenient kitchenette. The motel's central location made it easy for us to explore the area on foot. Despite the rainy weather, our overall stay exceeded our expectations. Bravo to all the helpful staff at Bella Vista!
