The room was cozy with comfy beds and a lovely hot shower, plus it was super clean and quiet, which we appreciated after a busy day. We chilled out in the garden area sipping tea with the tasty biscuits provided, and it was a real treat to unwind in such a peaceful spot. the room was a tad chilly when we arrived, but once the heater kicked in, it warmed up nicely, so maybe a pre-heating option could be helpful. 💖

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city centre and within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. The hotel also provided a range of amenities such as free toiletries, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the on-site car park and the availability of a shuttle service. the service and quality of this hotel were top-notch.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering excellent local knowledge and making my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast was accidentally omitted on one occasion, but the manager promptly rectified the oversight and was apologetic about it.

Great coffee and tea were supplied in the morning and some UHT milk pots were available to use. the room had a comfortable bed and the shower was fantastic! the location was very convenient, located near plenty of shops and restaurants.

The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around, and there was not enough storage space. there was no fresh milk provided, which made the morning tea and coffee less enjoyable.
