I was amazed by the spaciousness and modern design of my room at Naco Aparthotel, By Arca. The bathroom had a fabulous walk-in shower and the balcony offered stunning views. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing meals and the Delonghi pod coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel's location near the train station and supermarket made it convenient for exploring Zermatt. I also appreciated the option to do laundry on-site and save money by cooking meals in the apartment. The breakfast buffet was a real treat with a wide variety of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable cleanliness, outstanding facilities, and excellent service.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as a small kitchen with basic cooking equipment and a complicated microwave. Additionally, the breakfast quality could be improved to match the standards of the neighboring Arca hotel.

We stayed in a family suite with comfortable beds and modern furnishings. The property had a beautiful saline pool and a full spa with saunas and steam rooms. The ski locker room was well-equipped and there was a laundry room available. The staff, from reception to house cleaning, were efficient and friendly. The breakfast choice was great and the hotel was well situated for connections to the main lifts.

The saltwater pool and sauna were fantastic amenities, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were amazing and helped rectify any issues promptly. The breakfast offered a great variety, including Asian options like instant noodles. the hotel was extremely clean and comparable to a 5-star establishment.
