San Francisco De is a charming hotel in the heart of the city. We were relieved they provided a taxi service from the airport for just $27, much cheaper than expected. Our room on the first floor was small but had all the amenities needed, including warm bedding for the chilly nights. The breakfast of eggs, rolls and coffee was basic but delicious. we’ll recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

The room we stayed in was quite small and felt old and musty. We would have appreciated being able to buy food on site, but thankfully there were plenty of nearby options.
