Had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend with my family at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, which was perfect for the cold weather. The best aspect was the breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the convenient charging station for electric cars, which was a great relief for us.

The worst aspect was the lack of towels in the bathroom, and the ones that were there were not clean. we had difficulty getting any service or assistance from the staff, as they seemed to be understaffed.

The breakfast offered a delicious selection of local Swiss dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also loved the convenient location near the Rigi train, making it easy to explore the area. Despite a few minor hiccups with check-in and the reception hours, the friendly staff at the restaurant were always there to assist us. I highly recommend Neuro Campus for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
