The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to have adjacent rooms for our family. The hotel had a convenient parking option for €20/day and there were free city maps available at the reception, which helped us navigate this city. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's excellent restaurant, and the staff even went out of their way to prepare a special dessert for a relative's birthday. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the airport made our travel arrangements much easier.
