The location of the hotel is breathtaking, with stunning views of the Zurich Lake and the surrounding mountains. The onsite restaurants offer a range of delicious options, with panoramic views to enhance your dining experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to fully appreciate the picturesque scenery. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, always friendly and accommodating.

The bar and restaurant can get quite chilly, making it less comfortable for guests during their meals or drinks.

The hotel and spa were amazing with awesome views, fantastic massages, and a high-quality breakfast with oysters and chocolate fountains. The rooms were lovely and better than expected, with a fantastic view and complimentary welcome drinks at the Thailand bar.

I had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting hotel with its breathtaking views and friendly staff. The oriental room I stayed in was truly a sanctuary, complete with a jacuzzi. The big panorama windows allowed me to enjoy the stunning view of Lake Zurich from every corner of the room. The built-in sound system provided a great selection of chill-out music. The stylish oriental decor added to the overall ambiance.

Spent Christmas at this resort and must say, the views were stunning. The hotel is located in a beautiful region, overlooking a lake and mountains. We enjoyed the spa treatments, especially the saunas and steam rooms. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the spa area were also a nice touch.

The hotel is way overpriced. The dinner was mediocre and did not meet the standards of such an expensive place.

Our stay here was a luxurious experience filled with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a full body massage and a variety of beauty treatments. The indoor pool was perfect for relaxation, while the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace boasted stunning views. The restaurant was top-notch and even catered to our special diet.

The staff at the front desk seemed a bit understaffed and appeared to be a minor issue in terms of service. However, the helpfulness of the rest of the staff made up for it.
