I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the majestic mountains. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was spacious and luxurious, with top-notch amenities such as a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was convenient and made it easy for me to get around. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.

Great extras, central location

The hotel was located centrally which made it easy to explore the city. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of being walking distance from all the popular tourist attractions.

The hotel was too expensive for what it was offering. the room was cramped and uncomfortable, which made my stay less enjoyable.

Bridgette was a great host who provided transportation to and from the train station. The hotel exceeded expectations with beautiful and spacious rooms. We loved the nearby bus station and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the perfect start to our day. We will definitely return.

The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to ski stations. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern amenities such as a fireplace and well-equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for activities. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options. The sauna and hot steam room were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes.

The walk uphill from the ski station was a bit tiring, so it would be better to leave the skis in the lockers or take a taxi.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at a lodge in a beautiful part of Zermatt. The view from my room was breathtaking, showcasing the majestic mountains in all their glory. The modern and stylish decor of the hotel added to the overall charm. The host was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I truly felt like a valued guest, not just a number. The location of the lodge was perfect - close enough to the village to easily access amenities, but far enough away to escape the crowds. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the true beauty of the alps.
