The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, close to everything Meiringen has to offer. It is just a short walk to the bus stop that takes you to the ski lift, making it easy to access the Hasli mountain. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, some rooms offer beautiful views of the town and mountains.

The limited TV channels available, which may not be ideal for those looking for entertainment options in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely breathtaking, nestled in a long green valley surrounded by hills and majestic mountains with waterfalls in abundance. The hotel itself was housed in a stunning Art-Nouveau palace, right next to the Sherlock Holmes Museum. It was right in the center of the town, which was absolutely picturesque. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with stunning mountain views. The bed was incredibly comfy, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, fulfilling my request for a room with a view on a high floor to accommodate my family of three. The breakfast spread was magnificent, with a wide selection of delicious items to choose from.

The hotel would benefit from more visible management to provide better leadership and assistance to the hardworking staff. However, despite this minor issue, I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The room was beautifully decorated, with a charming blend of baroque and art nouveau styles. We had a stunning view of the mountains from our windows. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and cable car. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had a romantic atmosphere. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Bernese Oberland.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to tourist attractions and public transportation. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated the free Wi-Fi internet access.

Although the hotel had a beautiful location, some of the facilities were a bit outdated and could use some improvement. the food options were also limited and not very diverse, which was a bit disappointing.
