Everything was lekker—big room with a balcony facing the garden, such a chill vibe. The staff were super friendly, like having your chommie at reception. Plus, close to the train station, so easy to explore!

Man, the historic feel of this place is just lekker! I loved chilling in the cozy lounge with a dop, especially with those stunning old-school decorations everywhere. The brekkie was just right with some good coffee and fresh juice to start the day!

The room had a bit of a noise issue at night from outside, but it wasn't too hectic to ruin the stay.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Sherlock Holmes Museum and the railway station. The views from the rooms are stunning, making for a lovely backdrop while we hung out as a group. Plus, the breakfast spread was absolutely delightful with fresh options to kickstart our day!

how charming to arrive and discover they only had single beds instead of the large double I specially requested! then, the lack of housekeeping after a certain hour made for quite the unpleasent stay. on top of that, I expected a complimentary gesture like a welcome gift, but nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
