Spacious and clean room, peaceful location, near park and supermarket, friendly staff, good value for money.

Nothing to complain about at all.

We had a very spacious and clean room with extra bed upon request. The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though there were some minor issues with no hot water and uncomfortable floors, overall I highly recommend Palm Inn Hotel.

The hotel was well-located, with a park and a supermarket nearby. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks, and the bedroom was equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel lacked basic services such as room service and housekeeping, and did not provide twin rooms as advertised.

The hotel had some nice perks, including two complimentary items. One was a free breakfast, which was a decent start to the day with a good variety of options. The other was a shuttle service that transported guests to and from the airport. The hotel was also in a great location, within walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the gym, which had up-to-date equipment and a decent amount of space.

My business trip was marred by some downsides. The rooms were freezing due to the AC being positioned poorly on the wall above the bed.
