We stayed in a luxurious penthouse suite with a hot tub on the balcony. The views of the snowy mountains were absolutely breathtaking! This place is conveniently located within walking distance to the beautiful lake, shops, and the train station. It was the best holiday we've ever had!

I stayed at this luxurious hotel and enjoyed my time here. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the lake, shops, and train station. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was superb and had amazing facilities such as a hot tub, steam shower, and infrared sauna. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, with perfect views of the snowy mountains. I had a great experience and will definitely return.

There were limited parking spaces in front of the hotel. However, I would still recommend this place to everyone.

During my Easter holiday, I had a great experience staying in a beautiful hotel with amazing views of snowy mountains. The staff was nice and helpful. , the decorations in the hotel were unique and elegant, giving the space a charming and cozy atmosphere. the restaurant served delicious food, providing an enjoyable dining experience.

The technology in the room was not great, as there were no English channels on the TV and the DVD player was hard to use. , the breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the shopping area, transport museum, and Lucerne lake. The room was fantastic, with whirlpool, steam shower, and a great view. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The facilities, like the B&O Sound and TV, added to our comfortable stay.

One minor issue was that the hot tub needed water replacement after a few uses.
