The hotel is in a great location, very near the harbor and on the shore of Lake Maggiore. The room was big enough to fit two bikes and had a lovely big balcony with sun loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. The breakfast had a good variety, with options for meat eaters.

The hotel's parking service was not up to par. They didn't reserve parking places as requested, forcing guests to park in the blue zone.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was quite spacious and well-appointed, and we especially loved the comfortable bed. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, including the lake, restaurants, and the train station. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of food and the option to choose our own type of coffee. The staff were amazing and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

During my recent stay at H4 Hotel, I was delighted by the superb location just opposite Lake Maggiore and a short 5-minute walk from the main square. We were fortunate to secure a last-minute offer with a discount and breakfast included. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite with a huge terrace and breathtaking views of the lake. The beds were comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The service was top-notch, and we even had the opportunity to rent bikes for free. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous location, lake front, spacious studio with lake view. Heated pool, towels provided. Good breakfast and dinner. Nice outdoor facilities. Convenient with restaurants and public transport nearby. Clean rooms, timely cleaning. Friendly and professional breakfast team.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated two complementary facts offered. the staff was welcoming, and the check-in process was fast. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city's sightseeing attractions, including the famous lake. the rooms had incredible bedding, which made me feel at home.

There were unpleasant features that I should have taken into account. the rooms were pretty old-fashioned and had outdated furniture.
