Spacious garden with a large pool, palm trees for shade, and a daily robot cleaning. Water quality checked multiple times a day. Impeccable cleanliness throughout. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds and high-quality linens and towels. Excellent breakfast with fresh bread, homemade birchermuesli, and cheese. Friendly staff and convenient bus stop nearby. Extended our stay.

We had a fantastic Easter stay in Losone! The hotel was easy to find with self check-in, and the room was clean and cozy. The balcony provided amazing views of the snow-covered mountains, which was a real treat. Plus, the shower had plenty of hot water, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the hotel didn't offer room cleaning during our visit, which was a disappointment.

The view from our room was amazing, we could see the snow-covered mountains and it was perfect for a romantic escape. the room was also clean and tidy, which was nice. the location was also good, as we were able to find it easily and it was close to some key attractions.

Our experience at this hotel was not great. the staff only work part-time during the low season, which meant that our room was not cleaned or made up on one of the days we stayed, which was really poor service.
