We had an incredible time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms were beautiful and offered amazing views of the mountains. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The spa facilities were top-notch, with an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and more. We loved using the spa after a day of hiking in the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more memorable. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is easy to get in-and-out from the ski slopes and it is close to the station from where all the key attractions are nearby. The rooms are well-appointed and offer incredible views, especially of the Matterhorn. The staff is welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The spa facilities, including the pool and sauna, provide a relaxing experience.

The acoustics in the rooms could be improved, as noises from the corridor or neighboring rooms can be heard too clearly.

The breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of delicious food and a friendly staff. the location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the ski bus and not far from the slopes. the room was cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed the spa.

That the lighting in the room could have been better. some guests in the spa would reserve the chairbeds while they were in the sauna, which was inconvenient for other guests.

I highly recommend The Rex in Zermatt! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like long lost friends. Our room was spotless with a spectacular view of The Matterhorn from the balcony. The hotel had amazing pool and spa facilities, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking in the mountains. The breakfast was the best I've had, especially their sourdough bread from their own bakery. Great value for money and a truly memorable stay. Thank you!
