The facilities at Riffelhaus were fantastic, with an amazing sauna and hot tub. The restaurant served lovely food for dinner and the view from the hotel was breathtaking.

Excellent breakfast and dinner options, with a lovely selection of coffee, tea, cheeses, and breads. The spa is a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking. Secluded location and friendly staff make for a peaceful and elegant stay. Cannot wait to return for more outdoor activities in the future.

The room was cozy and clean, and it had a breathtaking view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. the outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight of the trip, offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.

The hours for the jacuzzi were limited, and we would have liked to have more time to enjoy it. we found it disappointing that we had to pay for tap water during dinner, which felt unnecessary given the high cost of the meal.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The food was delicious, especially the Swiss wines that were hard to find outside of Switzerland. The view of the Matterhorn from the hotel was absolutely superb. The wellness area was very clean and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.
