The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities, including washlet toilets. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

The breakfast menu could benefit from more variety to cater to different preferences.

I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal street noise in my room on the 8th floor, despite facing a busy road. The well-decorated room with ceiling-to-floor curtains allowed me to control the brightness to my preference. The total blackout blind also ensured a pitch-black sleeping environment. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to source champagne for a surprise birthday celebration. The hotel's location near Ximen station and popular hangouts made it convenient for exploring, shopping, and dining. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed here during Easter weekend and had a great experience! Location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the shopping district and very close to public transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. The room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities, including a romantic and spacious bathroom. Loved the atmosphere and vibe of the hotel. Highly recommend for a stay in the city!

Although we loved our stay overall, there were a few minor issues. The food options were limited and not very impressive.
