I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location up a steep hill provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and bell staff at my disposal. The hotel also offered a laundry service and a convenient airport shuttle. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. I especially enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Although it was the new year and the hotel was packed, the views from the room were spectacular. We had a fantastic time skiing and taking in the scenery. the breakfast was good and filling and helped us start our day off right. the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby restaurants and ski resorts. We had a great time exploring the area.

The hotel did not live up to its price. the rooms were rarely cleaned and there was no one to assist us with our luggage.
