Staying here with my large family and aunt was fantastic! We explored the Tell-Pass, enjoying fun activities like cycling and fishing. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, making our experience memorable. Our lake view room was stunning!

The breakfast was fantastic with cereals, fresh fruits, and homemade jam. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating our family and providing great local recommendations. The restaurant served one of our best meals in Switzerland, with delicious dishes like grilled chicken and cubed sirloin. The lakeside terrace dining experience was superb.

Our room was super spacious with a great balcony facing Lake Lucerne—just perfect for morning coffee with a view! The large bathroom was a nice touch, too. It was clean and tidy, but it did get a bit hot since we stayed during a heat wave, even with the fan provided. Still, the views made up for it. Also, the location is close to everything fun you want to do around the lake. I'd totally go back!

Duuude, the view from our room was, like, out of this world! We were right by the lake, and every morning was, like, a postcard. The staff, especially the manager and his wife, were so sweet—totally made us feel at home! Oh, and we had dinner overlooking the water every night. Just heaven!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our daughter feel special 😊. The restaurant offered everything from tasty pizza to exquisite multi-course meals, all with a stunning lake view.

The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating when I had to make unexpected phone calls, lending me their personal phone, which saved me a lot of hassle. Make sure to enjoy meals at the restaurant for a great lakeside dining experience.
