The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to the train station and close to the city center. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to fulfill any requests. The common area is fantastic, with comfortable seating, charging points, and a good atmosphere. The beds are great, with their own lamps and outlets, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch.

the staff, including Alfaro, Alberto, and Claudia, were incredibly helpful. the location was very convenient as it was next to the bull ring and within walking distance of all the attractions in the Old Quarter. the rooms were clean and offered privacy with curtains for each bed. There was also air conditioning and lockers available. the hostel had a lively atmosphere with live party events. it was great value for money and the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs.

I stayed at Up Hostel for a short trip and it was perfect. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and private with curtains. The central relax room was a nice place to charge devices. You can lock up your stuff under the bed, just bring your own lock. The location is as downtown as you can wish for. The staff was helpful and the showers had great water pressure. a great place to stay in Valencia.

I had an incredible stay! The location was perfect, with the train station and metro just 200m away. It was so convenient to explore the city and find food and shops. The hostel had a nice common room with a bar and coffee, creating a great atmosphere to meet other travelers. The wifi worked well throughout the hotel, and I appreciated the storage bins. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean, and I liked the privacy curtains.

They offered a wide range of activities and walking tours for us to enjoy, adding a lot of value to our experience. the location was fantastic, being conveniently close to the train station and city center. This made it easy for us to explore the attractions and also travel to and from the city easily.

One of the bathrooms was in a poor condition and badly outdated. the lack of a shower caddy or table in the bathroom made it difficult to keep our toiletries organized.

Great location! the hostel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to almost everywhere in the center of the city. the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our time at the hostel.

The breakfast options were quite limited and not worth the price. It would have been nice to have a better variety of options, especially with regards to milk for cereals.

I felt safe and welcomed, and would definitely stay here again.
