Unique self check-in system, but a bit confusing.

Wifi worked well, but breakfast was a bit limited.

The location is fantastic, mere minutes from the railway station! A lovely spacious room with a nice inner courtyard view and great breakfast options made my stay quite enjoyable.

Limited reception hours can be frustrating, particularly if you arrive late. Also, self check-in was a hassle, especially for those not fluent in German.

sorell hotel has a great location, just three stops from the train station. the free tourist transport pass made exploring easy. I loved the breakfast. it was the best selection we had in switzerland. our room was ready when we arrived, which was a nice surprise!
