Truly enjoyed the refreshing Japanese breakfast choice and the beautiful rooftop views of Mt. Fuji. Staff were welcoming, and the daily fresh towels added a nice touch. However, ants snuck into our room, which was concerning.

Shuttles to the station were very convenient.

The walk from the train station to the hotel was poorly lit and felt unsafe at night, with uneven ground and narrow paths. I wish the hotel had warned us about this before our arrival. Moreover, the reception area was often left unattended, which was frustrating when I needed help and couldn't find anyone.

the reception staff couldn't understand a word I said, which was simply delightful. I also noticed the breakfast was an absolute mess, with no table for me at 8:30—how charming! Ideally, I woudl ve been offered an upgrade for all this inconvenience, but alas. I almost thought about giving a better review, but just couldn’t.

Bring a portable fan if you're sensitive to noise from the AC unit, as it can be quite loud even when off.

The view of the mountain was incredible from my window. I had a spacious room with all the necessary facilities. After check-in, I received a small gift of Japanese pancakes, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, especially the egg sandwich. The staff were friendly and the hotel was cozy. I appreciated the option to store my luggage after check-out, giving me time to explore nearby. It was a bit of a walk from the station, which was a challenge with my bags.
