We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and attended to any requests we had promptly and courteously. The room was bright, large, and spacious, with a stylish and comfortable layout. The hotel is located in a lovely quiet area with excellent transport links, making it easy to get around the city. We also appreciated the proximity to the tram station, which made exploring the area convenient. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.

The top floor room at Sorell Hotel was incredibly spacious and had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the unusually hot weather. The balcony offered a lovely view of the city and I even discovered a rooftop access for a 360-degree view. The highlight was definitely the large bathtub where I indulged in a relaxing bath. The breakfast was good, although I wish I had more time to enjoy it. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the heart of the city. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the room was spacious, modern, and clean, providing us with a cozy and comfortable environment. We enjoyed having a tea/coffee machine and refrigerator in the room, allowing us to have our favorite drinks and snacks at our convenience. Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy the various nearby restaurants and bars.

One aspect that we did not particularly enjoy was the noise level in the rooms facing the main road. It made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds, fluffy comforter, and AC. The staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast started at 6:30 am and offered a variety of options.
