I had an amazing stay in the heart of the city, close to the railway and right off Bahnhofstrasse with plenty of grocery stores and shops nearby. The location couldn't have been more convenient for me, as it was just a short walk to my office. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The breakfast provided was a nice touch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Great location. The hotel is centrally located, close to many attractions and public transportation options. It made exploring the city very convenient. The room was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep after a long day of meetings.

One downside was that some of the breakfast items ran out before the end of the breakfast time. It is best to get there early to ensure you get everything you want.

The rooms are cozy and well-equipped with amenities like sparkling water, Rituals toiletries, and a tablet. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room at no extra charge.

As adventure travelers, we loved the central location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city and access various activities in Zurich. The staff at the hotel were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The breakfast provided was substantial, with a wide variety of options including hot and cold dishes, and even smoked salmon. The room design was well-thought-out, with plenty of storage space and thoughtful amenities such as hooks for jackets and a shoe shine machine on each floor.

Another advantage was the friendly staff and the complimentary water bottles in the rooms.

The hotel itself felt a bit outdated, with patched carpets and flickering lights in the hallways. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved as there were instances of dust on the sheets and pillows.
