the inn exceeded my expectations with its friendly and professional staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms, and amazing food.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who love outdoor activities like cycling and hill walking. The views from the room are absolutely stunning, with breathtaking mountains in the highlands of beautiful country. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast served is delicious and the portion sizes are satisfying. Additionally, there are plenty of parking spaces available for guests.

The route to the restaurant passes through an open bin area which can be quite smelly.

The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch during our city trip. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore all the sights on foot. the view from the room was gorgeous!

The room was quite small and outdated. the noise from the street and other guests was quite disruptive at times.

The view from my room was stunning, overlooking Loch Leven. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Highlands.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was extremely pleased with the luxurious amenities offered. the private bathroom was spacious and modern, and the coffee/tea provided in the lobby was a lovely touch. All staff members were friendly and provided impeccable service. the location advantages were also worth noting, as the hotel was situated in a beautiful area with scenic views.

Other than that, this hotel fulfilled all of my needs and provided an exceptional luxury experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the Inn, nestled in a picturesque valley surrounded by majestic mountains. The stunning views of the surroundings added an extra charm to my stay. The proximity to Fort William and other activities made it convenient for me to explore the area. The staff at the Inn were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, The Gathering, where the food was outstanding and the portions generous. The rooms were clean, well-stocked with Tunnock's snacks, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being close to the road, the room was surprisingly quiet.

I did experience a minor issue upon arrival as the key to my room didn't work due to a broken lock. However, the staff promptly resolved the issue by offering me a smaller room for the night.

Pro: We had an amazing experience at the Inn. All staff were friendly and accommodating, and Stella was particularly welcoming and attentive. We even got to enjoy the beautiful sound of bagpipes played by Nick while waiting for dinner. the bedroom was comfortable, the food was lovely, and the location was great. the hot tub was the perfect extra touch after a day of skiing and hiking. If you're looking for a cozy, Highland hotel with 5-star service, this is the place to go.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location of this Inn. The surrounding scenery was simply breathtaking. Despite a few minor issues with the room, we had a comfortable stay overall. The nearby Bistro offered a delicious and reasonably priced menu, adding to the overall positive experience. we would recommend this Inn for its location and dining options.
