As women travelling alone, we felt completely at ease at this centrally located hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and safe. The room was well-designed and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the great shower after a long day of exploring.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was lovely and really helpful. The location was perfect, right in the city center but not too noisy. The room was clean and a good size, with super comfy beds. The hotel had all the basic amenities and even a small kitchen, which was great. Additionally, it was very close to public transportation, with tram number 4 just a short walk away.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary Nespresso machine in the room and the fact that the room was both big and clean. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the comfortable and cozy bed that helped me get a good night’s sleep.

I found the lack of reception and having to ask the bartender for any assistance to be inconvenient. the heater in my room didn't seem to be working properly even after waiting as recommended, and the room was located above a noisy bar that kept me up at night.
