We arrived 3 hours early for check-in at Ghl Hotel and they didn't have the standard room I booked, but we were upgraded to a junior suite. the room was beautifully designed, cozy, and functional. the bed and pillows were excellent, and we had a quiet room as requested. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. the location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely return.

The hotel had a couple of complementary facts that were nice. the location was quite convenient, making it easy to pop out to grab a snack or drink nearby. one of the best aspects of staying here was the comfortable bed.

It was extremely loud and made it hard to focus on work. the service could have been better.

We had a great stay in a vibrant area with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The location was perfect for exploring the city and feeling safe at all times. The staff were brilliant, doing everything they could to assist us during our stay. Our room was cleaned to a high standard and we loved having the option of budget friendly room service.

I had an amazing stay here! The location couldn't be better as it's right in the heart of the best area in this city. The service is top-notch with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all being excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly, always willing to help me with tours and ticket assistance. The amenities in the room were perfect with an ironing board and safe to keep my valuables. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning made me feel truly comfortable.

The location was perfect for us as youngsters, with plenty of shopping, cinema, and eating and drinking options nearby. It had a vibrant and trendy atmosphere, and we felt like we were in the upmarket side of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with our limited Spanish, and they were always patient in arranging taxis for us. The breakfast had a great selection, including yogurt, bread, eggs, and cheese.

The modern decor of the hotel is stylish and inviting, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The hot shower was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location, close to Zona T. the staff were incredibly kind and the cleanliness of our room was excellent. We also enjoyed dining at the Salon Saint James restaurant, which was well-organized and provided excellent food. We were impressed with the hotel's modern amenities, comfortable beds, and hot showers. the hotel also offered a helpful taxi service for tours and transportation.
