This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location couldn't be better for our purpose of visit as it is well located to the various parts of the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides great service. The basic amenities provided are modern and the rooms at the back overlooking the garden are very spacious, including the bathroom. The breakfast served from 6:30 till 11:00 is of very good quality and has a wide variety of options, including lots of veggie choices and good coffee.

The location is very convenient, just one stop from the SBB train station via bus, allowing us to easily explore the old city and visit the Christmas markets. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice amenities such as a pullout couch for our kids and a view over the garden. The breakfast was delicious with good strong coffee and a wide variety of food options, including vegetarian choices.
