The hotel had a beautiful lake view, relaxing jacuzzi on the balcony, and a lovely pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great service. The location was convenient with nearby amenities such as a supermarket and marina. Free parking and Wi-Fi were appreciated.

Spent Easter on the lakefront, was treated to stunning views and easy access to local transport. the freshly furnished rooms offered a Dyson fan, which helped combat the heat.

The location seemed to be the only selling point for the hotel. Despite the high prices, the food in the restaurant was underwhelming.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in the Interlaken area. The location was absolutely stunning, situated right on the lake side. The view from the room and the breakfast area was breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. a fantastic experience.

The only drawback I found was that the dinner menu was only available in French, which made it a bit difficult for non-French speakers.

Convenient access to marina and boat cruises on Lake Thun, as well as nearby convenience store. Enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi on the balcony and the peaceful pool. This hotel is a hidden gem with a stunning location right on the lakeside. The view from the rooms, especially the ones with mountain view, is breathtaking. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or changes in the travel plans. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with basic amenities, including a hot water maker and a balcony. The breakfast offered is of high quality, with fresh bread, pastries, and local cheese.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel by the lake. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views right from our room. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us, especially the young guy at the reception and in the bar. The breakfast by the lake with the ducks and swans was a lovely start to each day.

The separate single beds in our room were not ideal for a romantic stay.
