We had an amazing time at this hotel. We were very impressed with the service we received, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent restaurant. The facilities for children were outstanding, with an indoor playground that stayed open late. Our room was huge and comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view. The location of this place was perfect for us, as it was not far from the main Gondola station and an easy walk to the main train station. The service, particularly in the restaurants, was top-notch.
