The hotel's wellness spa was a highlight of our stay. We indulged in their relaxing treatments and left feeling rejuvenated. The five-course dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, offering both healthy options and delectable dishes. The complimentary minibar in our modern and well-appointed room was a pleasant surprise. The live music in the bar area added a delightful touch to our evenings. Despite a couple of hiccups, the overall service was attentive and accommodating. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the train station and lovely views. The indoor fun zone, with trampolines and a bounce house, kept our kids entertained.

This hotel has a great range of facilities perfect for couples or families on a ski vacation, including a sauna, pool, and restaurants. the buffet breakfast is great, and the dinner options are very good. the staff is helpful, and the shuttle to the ski lifts is efficient. the views of the mountains and forest are stunning from the balcony.

The water temperature in the pool could be improved. the hotel may be slightly outdated and not necessarily good value for the price.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. We were very impressed with the service we received, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent restaurant. The facilities for children were outstanding, with an indoor playground that stayed open late. Our room was huge and comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view. The location of this place was perfect for us, as it was not far from the main Gondola station and an easy walk to the main train station. The service, particularly in the restaurants, was top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
