Good buffet for breakfast and dinner. Two pools, friendly staff. Deluxe rooms are spacious. Ground staff was amazing. New building is quiet with bigger rooms. Nice massages at the spa. Sauna and steam room were closed.

The hotel was located close to bike and car hire shops and had safe bike paths nearby to explore the city. the food was delicious and there was plenty of variety, catering to allergies as well. the staff were friendly and welcoming, including the entertainment team who had a great sense of humor.

The decor in the rooms was a bit basic and could be improved. the TV didn't have many English channels that worked properly.

I had a wonderful stay at this four-star hotel. The location in the midst of lovely gardens and fantastic pools was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding hills from my balcony. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff provided excellent service and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. I was thoroughly impressed with the luxurious and comfortable experience this hotel provided.

Had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities. The breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant with a great selection. Enjoyed the water activities and evening entertainment shows. The entertainment team were friendly and made us feel welcome. The spa staff gave excellent massages. Convenient location with bus stop nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
