We had a delightful stay at Sunstar Wengen. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring Wengen, and we loved the breathtaking mountain views from our balcony. the budget room was well-equipped with amenities like complementary beverages and cozy robes. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast selection was excellent. We were particularly impressed with Christiane Post, who provided outstanding assistance. We will definitely be returning to this charming hotel in the future!

During our last minute half term skiing holiday in the US, we found a great hotel that reminded us of our stay at the Sunstar hotel in Wengen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts and train station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

What a fantastic hotel! The location is absolutely incredible, nestled in a charming town surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The views from this place are just out of this world. And the best part is, it's right in the heart of all the action. The cable car station is directly opposite the hotel, making it super convenient to explore the mountains. I couldn't have asked for a better location.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Big room for three people, clean shower/bath, nice balcony, lovely wellness area and pool. Friendly and thorough front desk manager. Forgot wine, but she found it and brought it to me on the train. Recommended.

The food was absolutely fantastic, with a great selection at breakfast as well as a pancake maker with real maple syrup. the location was perfect, with the ski lifts only a few minutes away and right by everything in town. the indoor pool was huge and a great spot to relax after a day on the slopes. the staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

The wellness area was a bit of a letdown, as the sauna and steam bath were both quite small and wouldn't be able to accommodate a large number of guests at one time. the lack of slippers in our wellness bag was also a bit of an inconvenience.

The staff at this hotel, especially Myrna, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were attentive and helpful, even making dinner reservations for us. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the train station and gondola. The hotel itself had great spa facilities, friendly staff, and small comforts like a toiletry basket and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff made this hotel a much better value compared to others in the area. We also appreciated the woman at the front desk who suggested I relax in the spa area while my husband went for a run, taking into account my twisted ankle. It was a lovely day spent enjoying the mountain view.
