During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the beautiful rooms with stunning views and the attentive and friendly staff. The piano bar was a great place to relax, and the facilities for kids were a plus. Another advantage was the ski facilities, which included private beginner slopes and 5-star lockers with a fireplace. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to everything I wanted to do.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like. I asked for a large bed but ended up with two single beds assembled together, which was not comfortable.

Lastly, one advantage that I enjoyed was the exceptional service provided by the concierge, front office, and housekeeping staff. They were helpful, attentive, and ensured that all of my needs were met throughout my stay.
