The Syn Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai exceeded all expectations. Luxe rooms, friendly staff, lovely pool and lounging options, accommodating reception, quiet rooms, good shower pressure. Milk and Nespresso machine provided, spacious rooms with great features, all-day breakfast, and helpful and patient staff.

This boutique hotel offers minimalist luxury and is conveniently located near various attractions, including MAYA mall and the Old City. The rooms are spacious, brand new, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. The service is prompt and attentive, with friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including soupy noodles. Additionally, the hotel boasts a Vegas-like pool and a casually luxurious lobby, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

Some guests mentioned a lack of towel racks in the bathroom, which can be an inconvenience for drying off wet towels.

We enjoyed the spacious and lovely room decor. We had a picturesque view of the pool from our upgraded room. the hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. the location is great for shoppers and we've got access to the nearby mall.

The hotel’s location is not favorable nor functional for an excursion. Transportation outside of the hotel was a bit of a hassle, not worth the price we paid for.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms, especially the Japanese smart toilet. The friendly staff greeted us with welcome drinks and allowed us to check-in early. The hotel is also conveniently located, allowing us to explore the Nimman neighborhood on foot. The breakfast had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and we highly recommend trying the hot Thai tea. Our children also enjoyed the beachy vibes and the amazing pool.

This venue is very luxurious, with exclusive amenities that surpassed my expectations. the staff provided excellent service, and the outdoor saltwater pool with sun loungers and chic garden area was a true highlight. the live entertainment was a fantastic surprise that added to the overall ambiance.
