We had a great stay at a gorgeous and comfortable panoramic suite with an adjoining room. The outdoor pool area was beautiful, and the spa facilities were lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the crew was really friendly and service-minded. The bar with music was a great addition, and we were pleasantly surprised by the food in the restaurant. it was a great stay.

No 🚗 charging station, and the hotel can be expensive.

We spent our Easter weekend at a hotel near Lake Lugano and had a memorable experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake from almost every corner of the property. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which made it the perfect getaway for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel offered free travel cards for local buses and trains, as well as a shuttle service to nearby Lugano. This made it convenient for us to explore the area without having to worry about transportation.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been improved. the air conditioning in our room was not very effective, and despite our requests for it to be looked at, no action was taken.

We loved having lakeside access, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The view during breakfast was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

I had a truly luxurious experience at Swiss Diamond Hotel & Spa. The charm and location of the hotel by the beautiful Lugano Lake were simply breathtaking. The views from my room of the lake and mountains were absolutely stunning. The room itself was comfortable and beautifully decorated with luxury furnishings. The customer service from all the staff was exemplary, from the friendly waiters in the restaurant to the attentive front desk staff. The breakfast had a large selection of delicious continental and hot items, and the service was fantastic. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle service into the center of Lugano. I had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, and the late-night check-in was convenient. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the bath turned into a jacuzzi. The hotel bar provided fantastic entertainment, and the breakfast included in the price was satisfactory. The hotel's setting overlooking the lake was picturesque, and the pool and sauna were enjoyable amenities.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and modern room. The view from the balcony was stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location directly on the shores of Lake Lugano was incredible. The hotel provided transportation tickets for a train ride to Morcote, which is known as one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning views of the lake from the room and the convenient location near Lugano. The room itself was cozy and quiet, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The hotel also had a great spa with a variety of services to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

I found the prices for drinks and food at the hotel to be a bit steep. It would have been nice if they were more reasonable.

Perfect hotel! Exceptional service, beautiful location & excellent food! Every single staff member was superb from the bellman, front desk, spa, pool. A special thank you to Franco, Rudy, Tarchi, Marianna, Giuseppe & Thorne that provided service way above and beyond. They made our stay very special and enjoyable. The pool and sunbathing area makes the hotel a must for the location. Staff extremely friendly and have a Tesla charging station which was very useful.

The room was spacious, well-decorated and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was great, with an excellent bath that could transform into a jacuzzi. We loved the variety of bathroom amenities and the well-stocked mini bar. The bar had fantastic entertainment, which was a great way to relax after a long drive. Breakfast was included and while basic, it was satisfactory. The hotel provided a picturesque setting and a pleasant stay overall.
