the hostel exceeded my expectations in tulum city center - clean, comfortable beds, great wifi, and friendly staff. felt like my own little bedroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was right next to the main bus station and close to both the beach and the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the pools and lobby space, were impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me. Additionally, the complimentary drink upon arrival was a nice touch.

The free breakfast in the mornings was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free amenities such as bicycles, shower soap, and fluffy towels. The hotel also offered card payments with no surcharge, which was convenient. this hostel was a fantastic find in the center of this city.

The location is amazing, just one block from the main street. The staff is kind and always ready to help. The beds are comfortable for two people. The bar and pool are great places to relax after exploring Tulum.

The complimentary coffee and toasts were a nice touch, and the location was great, just a stone's throw from the main street. Another advantage was the design of the facilities, which were modern and clean.

The showers were not very clean and the water was almost boiling hot. the pool was not well-maintained and not as clean as one would expect.

One of the toilets did not have a lock, rendering it unusable.

The location of the hostel is fantastic, as it is right in the center of Tulum and conveniently located next to the ADO bus stop. There was a lack of storage space for swimmers and towels, as there were no drying racks available. Additionally, there was only one shower and two toilets for a large number of guests, which could be inconvenient.

If you need a quick stay or just a cozy room for a night, this hotel will be just perfect for you. It's right opposite the ADO bus station which makes it super convenient. You'll have what you need in the room, from AC to a comfy queen-size bed. The staff is really nice and super helpful. And if you don't want to leave the hotel to eat, they have breakfast at decent prices.

Great concept with super friendly staff. Nice bar with good drinks and fantastic, affordable food. No need for a shared kitchen. Complementary fresh fruit and coffee for breakfast. Free bike rental if available. Convenient location near ADO Terminal and main road with shops and pubs.

We had a fantastic stay at Oostel Smart Hostel - Tulum Pueblo. The atmosphere was great, with a cool bar and pool area. The hostel offered free welcome drinks and the food was reasonably priced. We loved that they had bikes for hire and a shared kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. The double bed bunks were private and comfortable, with curtains for added privacy. The lockers provided ample space for our bags. Plus, the location was perfect, right across the road from the ADO bus station. I highly recommend this hostel for a fun and convenient stay.
