Great experience during easter. Loved the complementary eggs and chocolates. the hotel is located in a beautiful mountain town with stunning views. the spa facilities were top-notch.

The on-property ski rental with customized service was a bonus and made our ski trip hassle-free. The Cheese Room was a delightful experience, even for someone with lactose intolerance. The attentive service throughout our stay was exceptional. Lastly, they promptly returned the speaker I forgot in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

We had a fantastic time at Chedi in Andermatt. the spacious room offered beautiful balcony views of the valley. the Japanese restaurant had delicious food, fresh fish, and a great sake list. the spa was well-equipped and provided excellent service. the staff, especially the concierge, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us secure medication from a pharmacy 30 minutes away. our experience was relaxing, and we look forward to coming back.

We had the most luxurious and exclusive amenities in this hotel. the indoor swimming pool was stunning, the sauna and steam room were very well-equipped for the guests' needs. the massage was one of the best we've ever had, and the spa lounge was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. the room advantages we had were beyond our expectation, and the library and garden area were great additions to the overall experience. the location advantages were ideal for our trip, with easy access to the ski slopes and train station.

One minor issue we had with this hotel was the service. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were some minor issues with our orders in the restaurant and bar.
