We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the AC could be shut down for a peaceful sleep. The location was convenient and the staff treated us wonderfully, creating a positive vibe throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety or options.

During our Christmas stay, we had a comfortable and clean room with a brand new carpet, which smelled clean and fresh. The bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed watching the huge TV with a great selection of cable channels. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was conveniently close to the freeway, allowing us to quickly access downtown Missoula for shopping and entertainment.

There were a couple of negative aspects. Firstly, we were disappointed to find out that the pool and spa were closed, and we wish we had been informed about this when making the reservation.
