The breakfast is good and there is an inviting lobby and bar area. The hotel is also clean and offers excellent value for money.

One aspect that could be improved is the restocking of essentials and the daily cleaning of the rooms, which are done only every three days.

We appreciated having coffee and tea available at all times. the staff were friendly and informative, except for one person who wasn't helpful with public transportation from the airport. the hotel's location near various forms of public transportation made it convenient for exploring the city.

Lacking air conditioning.

Stayed at Flag for a short 2d1n trip. Close walk to mall and ATM. Room was spacious with a nice balcony. Friendly receptionist gave us a token for the coffee machine while we waited. Hotel was clean and modern. Great overall experience.

We had a great stay at Flag Zurich! the room was comfortable and quiet, and the warm welcome made us feel right at home. the Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and although we only received a few capsules, it was still a pleasant amenity. the bathroom was clean and well-designed, and the limited number of towels didn't bother us. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's sustainability efforts were impressive. We also loved the location, as it was peaceful but still easily accessible by public transport. We will definitely book with Flag again when we return to Zurich someday.

Easy access to the city center via tram. Flexible car park arrangements and helpful reception staff. Definitely recommended for its location and room amenities.
