This hotel is located in a prime spot close to everything, including the railway station and old town. Despite some damage to historical buildings in the area, the hotel boasts stylish interiors, a colorful decor, and very clean rooms. The breakfast is wholesome and tasty, with a good assortment of fresh food. In the bathrooms, you'll find more than adequate fittings for four guests. the facilities are quite nice.

The value for money at Anker Luzern was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of Mount Pilatus. The location was convenient, within walking distance from the train station, and the staff, especially Ricardo, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious rooms, chic design, and energetic staff. The wide range selection of breakfast, including honey comb, was a great way to start our day. The hotel's close proximity to the main station and excellent restaurants nearby made it extremely convenient.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel was in a great spot, close to both the train and bus station. They offered a couple of nice added extras, such as some free snacks and drinks in the room, and a hot breakfast buffet with a good selection. the room itself was clean and neat, with a comfortable bed.

the room was quite small, and we struggled to move around with our bags open. the air conditioning was not very effective and we found the room to be quite hot and stuffy.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a room with a nice small balcony. The staff were absolutely brilliant - friendly, accommodating, and a real asset to this hotel. The breakfast included excellent eggs and good products. The location was perfect, less than a 10-minute walk from the city center and with a bus stop right outside that took us to the mountains. The room had a mountain view, which was a lovely bonus. great value for money.
