Charming house with artistic design.

I found the check-in process tedious, as I had to verify my information again upon arrival despite filling out an online form beforehand. The room felt quite old, with noticeable wear and tear, contributing to an overall lack of cleanliness. Additionally, I experienced issues with the bathroom sliding door. it was challenging to open and close, which added to my disappointment during the stay.

Excellent location near Bahnhofstrasse and historic sites.

I unfortunately experienced several hiccups during my stay. The communication between the staff could use improvement, particularly when I was told I could get coffee early, only to find the breakfast team unprepared for my arrival. Additionally, the breakfast service was quite chaotic. I was disappointed by the limited and poorly organized food options, which seemed lacking for what I paid. I also noticed some cleanliness issues in my room that left me feeling uneasy about the overall hygiene standards.

The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and surrounded by vibrant shops and cafés. I love how easy it is to access the river and explore the old town. The staff is super welcoming and quick to help with any questions – they even gave us great tips for nearby nightlife spots!
